Muhdo Health and CogniFit – combining the latest Epigenetic science and AI technology

We are extremely pleased to announce that we have recently partnered with Muhdo Health who are a UK based epigenetic longevity company that leverages cutting-edge science and technologies to optimize your physical health and slow the ageing process.

What is Muhdo 2.0?

Muhdo’s bioinformatics and science team has identified the genes, biomarkers and environmental factors that correlate to external and cellular ageing and were the first company globally to have built an epigenetic biological age app in 2019.

It is estimated that as much as 70 per cent of our health outcomes come down to epigenetics/gene expression and is the most important factor affecting our health — from ageing and immunity, to even how we feel.

Muhdo 2.0 is a ground-breaking update to the current App, a complete 360 solution for Health & Longevity.

Where Does CogniFit Come In?

Most people will know CogniFit from their evaluation and brain games.

Muhdo platform users and clients will benefit from the current portfolio of products and services. These do come with an unmatched scientific and technological validation.

And in regard to the future,  CogniFit is firmly engaged in major internal and external Research & Development Healthy Ageing programs across the globe.

Muhdo and CogniFit Together

CogniFit and Muhdo have now joined forces to launch a Cognitive Brain Age test within the Muhdo app, which calculates the rate to which your brain and cognitive health are functioning based from a variety of brain games and your cognitive skills.

This will then provide you with an overall CBA score, which you can then look to improve through regular Brain training and exercises. By completing an interactive assessment consisting of brain games and cognitive skills in the Muhdo app, users can calculate a range of cognitive functions including memory, attention and coordination and an overall CBA score which they can improve with weekly training.

The vast majority of people now understand the importance of physical exercise for improving your health as well as longevity. Exercise according to the science team at Muhdo has a direct correlation with the expression of Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) which will improve cognitive performance, memory and alleviate anxiety as well as the physical symptoms of stress for our wellbeing.

IN A NUTSHELL
In 2019 Muhdo launched a Memory Age epigenetic clock, which analyses the genes associated with cognitive health and how they are ageing and functioning.

CogniFit have now helped to take this a step further with a new addition for not only understanding your Brain and Cognitive health, but then being able to crucially do something about it.
