June 2025: CogniFit Joins the Global Call to Prioritize Brain Health

Every June, Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month (ABAM) offers a critical reminder of the importance of brain health at every age. At CogniFit, we’re proud to join the global movement to raise awareness around cognitive wellness, support caregivers, and encourage communities to learn more about how brain health evolves over time.

Organized annually by the Alzheimer’s Association, ABAM shines a light on the millions of individuals impacted by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. This year, as we step into June 2025, CogniFit stands with those dedicated to promoting early understanding, compassionate care, and a shared commitment to cognitive well-being.

While CogniFit is not affiliated with or financially supporting the Alzheimer’s Association, we believe in amplifying their message and joining the broader conversation. Our mission has always been to empower individuals, caregivers, and professionals with digital tools that support cognitive exploration, foster brain health awareness, and help navigate the changes that come with aging and neurological conditions.

Throughout the month, we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on the role brain health plays in daily life — whether it’s engaging in mental exercises, staying physically active, or having open conversations with loved ones about cognitive challenges. Simple actions can spark powerful change.

We honor Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month with the same guiding belief we hold year-round: that cognitive health matters. By working together to raise awareness, we can build a more informed, empathetic, and supportive world for everyone touched by neurological change.
